Remember and reconnect with the people who love you, want the best for you, and are cheering you on in your life journey. We are not alone in our experiences and time heals everything. Try something new and do something that makes you feel great - like coming to your yoga mat (or playing a video game!) to make you feel stronger (with time) inside and out.
I started playing a game that (I think) helped me out of depression (winning= happy feelings), but I became so addicted to it, I would lose days playing it instead of doing more productive things like eating or getting a degree. It's just been so long since I've played a video game, I binged! D:
